It’s Raining Cats & Dogs Pet Service has been in operation for over 30 years serving the community’s pets of all kind. Owners Carrie and Lionel Guerra have made it their life’s dream to open a pet resort to accommodate all animal and pet needs. Beginning in 1990 with only in-home pet sitting the need for a clean, safe boarding facility was realized. In spring of 2014, those dreams became real when the new state-of-the-art kennel opened complete with Full Service Grooming, Doggie Daycare, Boarding “Cabins in the Country”, Themed Spa Suites, a feline condo, large indoor play arena, a large 1.5 acre fenced outdoor play area, covered outdoor runs, and a fully stocked Pet Boutique including various pet foods, snacks, collars & leashes, and specialty items.
The facility is located on a quiet farm setting in Sugar Grove, Illinois just west of the Aurora/Batavia/Geneva suburbs and conveniently located just off the 88 East/West tollway. Our belief is that there should be a safe, clean, pampered, and affordable pet resort available for all.
