1. Boarding Policies:
- Vaccination Requirements: For the safety of all pets, we require up-to-date vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Please provide proof of vaccinations before your pet’s stay.
- Health Check: All pets will undergo a health check upon arrival. We cannot accept pets with signs of illness, contagious conditions, or parasites, to ensure the well-being of all guests.
- Feeding Instructions: Please provide clear feeding instructions for your pet, including any dietary restrictions or preferences. We offer premium pet food, but you are welcome to bring your pet’s regular food from home.
- Personal Belongings: While we provide cozy bedding and toys, you are welcome to bring a familiar item from home to comfort your pet during their stay. However, we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
- Medication Administration: If your pet requires medication during their stay, our trained staff will administer it according to your instructions. Please provide detailed information about the medication and its administration.
2. Grooming Policies:
- Appointment Scheduling: To provide the best grooming experience for your pet, appointments are recommended. However, walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
- Grooming Packages: Choose from our range of grooming packages or create a custom package that best suits your pet’s needs. Our experienced groomers will ensure your pet looks and feels their best.
- Grooming Consent Form: Before grooming services, we require you to fill out a grooming consent form, indicating any specific grooming instructions or health concerns.
3. Doggie Daycare Policies:
- Socialization Requirements: All dogs joining our doggie daycare must pass a socialization assessment to ensure a friendly and safe environment for all participants.
- Daycare Schedule: Our daycare program offers structured playtime, rest periods, and mental stimulation to keep your pet happy and engaged throughout the day.
- Daycare Packages: Save on daycare fees with our daycare packages, available for purchase to suit your pet’s daycare needs.
Forms:
- New Guest Information Form: Prior to your pet’s first stay with us, please fill out the New Guest Information Form. This will help us better understand your pet’s needs and preferences.
- Pet Release Authorization: For your pet’s safety, we require a Pet Release Authorization form to specify who can drop off or pick up your pet. This ensures your pet goes home with the right person.
