Our most basic accommodation for those guests on a budget,
those not needing frills or fluff, or those in need of short stay accommodations.


The space is 3 x 5 ft. or similar and generally in high traffic areas of the building. This space is perfect for the dog that enjoys watching what goes on around them.

  • 3 x 5 ft. Space or similar
  • Pawfect for smaller or inactive dogs who like to be part of the action
  • Outdoor potty opportunity every hour
  • In-room dining is available up to three times a day with fresh, cool water available at all times
  • Size of dog may be limited to staff recommendations
  • This option may not be appropriate for dogs not accustomed to being in a smaller environment or that have house training issues
  • Fully climate-controlled including heated flooring in the cold months and cooled flooring in the warmer months for your pet’s comfort

Treat your canine companion to the ultimate in comfort and care with our Luxury Lodging Option. Each 4 x 8 ft. suite is a serene and spacious haven where your dog can relax and unwind in style.

  • Choice of Doggie Daycare: Your pup can enjoy half a day or full day of fun-filled socialization in our doggie daycare, keeping them active and engaged.
  • Room Service: We serve owner provided gourmet meals and delectable treats right to your dog’s suite, catering to their unique tastes.
  • Housekeeping: Cozy bedding and a soft blanket are provided for a restful and comfortable sleep, when appropriate.
  • Individualized Human Contact: Our caring staff will shower your dog with love and attention throughout their stay, making them feel right at home.
  • Departure Bath: With a 10-night stay or longer, your furry friend will enjoy a refreshing departure bath for qualifying breeds before heading home. (breed and temperaments apply)

The Royal Treatment – A Dream Retreat for Your Pooch

Upgrade your dog’s stay to the Penthouse Theme Cabin Suite, measuring 8×8 ft. Your pup will revel in a themed experience like no other, choosing from suites inspired by the Chicago Bears Den, Tommy Hawk Teepee, Green Bay Cheese Shop, Chicago Cubbies Den, White Sox Stadium, and Chicago Bulls Center.

The Royal Treatment Amenities:

Big enough for large dogs or even 2 small dogs, maximum 2 dogs

  • In-room dining is available up to three times a day with fresh, cool water available at all times.
  • Fully climate-controlled including heated flooring in the cold months and cooled flooring in the warmer months for your pet’s comfort.
  • Full Day Doggie Daycare: Treat your dog to your choice of play, socialization, and excitement in our doggie daycare.
  • Room Service: We serve owner provided gourmet meals and delectable treats right to your dog’s suite, catering to their unique tastes.
  • Housekeeping: A cozy bed and soft blanket are provided for a restful sleep.
  • Departure Bath: With a 10-night stay or longer, your furry friend will enjoy a refreshing departure bath for qualifying breeds before heading home. (breed and temperaments apply)
  • Important Notes:
  • Full days cannot be split into half days.
  • No other discounts can be applied to packages.
  • $50 Non-Refundable deposit taken when reservation is made, this deposit will be applied to the total bill.

Proof of Vaccination:

For the well-being of all our canine guests, we require proof of current vaccinations. Please visit our policies and forms page for more information on vaccination requirements.

These include:

  • Rabies (1-3 Years)
  • Parvo/Distemper (1-3 Years)
  • Bordetella (kennel cough)- 6 months is required for the Bordetella vaccine to be effective, it must be administered a minimum of 10 days prior to your pets boarding or daycare visit if the vaccine has expired.
  • Negative fecal test – The fecal test must include the negative results from the veterinarian. The date the fecal test was taken is not sufficient. (New guests within 30 days of the stay, recurring guests 6 months there after)
  • **​*We recommend the K-9 Influenza and Leptospirosis Vaccines for all Dogs!***
